Jilin Guowen Hospital was founded in August 1999. It is a hospital directly administered by Jilin Provincial Health Commission, and the largest private-run general hospital constructed in accordance with Grade A tertiary hospital standards in Jilin Province. It is a designated provincial medical insurance hospital for urban and rural residents in Jilin Province, the only privately-run provincial-level designated hospital outside Changchun, one of the 14 provincial-level designated medical insurance hospitals in Jilin, and also a designated medical insurance hospital of Changchun City.
